An in-stock surfboard ordered online usually ships within 3 business days after payment has been received. Custom ordered boards will ship after completion. Production time varies based on board specifications and production load. Delivery takes approximately 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays), and depends on the distance and shipping method. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail containing your itemized order, shipping carrier, tracking number if available, and estimated delivery date. We encourage deliveries to a business address (which does not include home businesses), because deliveries require a signature and the shipping carrier may charge a fee for multiple delivery attempts if you're not home.

Shipping More Than One Board:
You can ship up to four surfboards in one box. Multiple boards are cheaper to ship in the same box. Express Shipping may be available in some areas. We offer faster shipping but it will increase the shipping cost. Please contact us for 3-day and 2-day shipping quotes. Please be prepared with the shipping address including the zip code and any other relevant information.

International Surfboard Shipping:
We offer shipping outside the continental US, however you must e-mail us your country code, zip code, date wanted, surfboard size and type desired for an exact quote.

We try to pack surfboards as best as possible within reason, so damages are rare, but stuff can happen. It is very important that you inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages to the box, or more importantly, to your surfboard, you must note any damage on your bill of lading and ask the carrier witness, initial, or sign an acknowledgment of the damage. This allows you to make a claim with the shipper. If damages are not noted on your bill of lading at time of delivery, you may not be able to make a claim. If you have received a damaged shipment please contact the shipping carrier within 48 hours of delivery to start the claim process. They probably will not process a claim after 48 hours, but we can not predict or guarantee their response or service. We will assist you in your damage claim to the shipping company.
