Shop owners can direct inquiries about distributing our boards and taking custom orders through your surf shop to us. Please include mailing addy, website url, etc, for verification. Customers can still order a custom board directly from us.


Contacting Us:
The best way to contact us is by email. We often have our hands full and can't drop everything to answer the phone. Email works to your advantage by giving you a written record of questions and replies; just in case you forget to mention certain details of a surfboard quote, order, or shipment. Or, in case we messed up. - It's like an ongoing receipt.


A deposit is required when you get ready to order a custom board. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the custom order, before it is picked up or shipped. For now, surfboards are usually shipped freight collect, which means the customer pays all freight charges upon delivery. In most cases shipping charges are very reasonable. In the past it has been something like $65 to ship a single shortboard half way across the country, of course your mileage may vary.

After submitting an order we will contact you for order verification, and deposit submission.

A better way to order might be ordering through your local surf shop. Ask them if they accept custom orders from us if you want to eliminate many of the shipping hassles and save you money on the board and shipping.
